ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

From the moment your order is validated, manufacturing times are approximately 6 weeks.

Once your pair is made, our Italian workshop sends it to our logistics department in Evreux, which receives it.

Once your order leaves our logistics, you will receive an e-mail containing all the necessary tracking information. 

If you are registered in our customer file (registration is automatic on our website when you place an order), you can also track the progress of your delivery by logging into your account.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

  • Standard Delivery Costs and Times in France 

We work with Coliposte for Standard delivery. 

Delivery times for Standard delivery are 3 to 5 days. 

Standard delivery is free.

     

    • Delivery Costs and Times in Europe and Internationally

    Deliveries in Europe and internationally are handled by Chronopost International.

    Depending on the destination country, delivery will be made within 72 hours.

    International delivery costs €30 including tax.

     

    • In case of delivery problems

    The customer must first notify the carrier and then PETE SORENSEN of any reservations about the delivered product (e.g., damaged package, already opened, etc.) within 3 days following receipt of the product to benefit from the refund conditions provided in this article.

     

     

    EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

    The deadline for submitting a return request is 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. 

    Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn (sole not scratched), and with original accessories. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

     

    Free returns in Metropolitan France

    As each pair is made to order, we do not offer exchanges.

    Returns are accepted and result in a Pete Sorensen credit, valid indefinitely. 

    Returns are free, only in Metropolitan France. 

    Since January 2, 2024, return requests outside Metropolitan France are at the customer's expense.
