 Shipping and delivery

Pete Sorensen delivers to France and around 50 countries around the world. Delivery in mainland France (Corsica included) is free of charge and is provided by DHL Express. A reliable and fast service (24h) that will deliver your orders at home or at your workplace, and for convenience, will drop them to the nearest relay point if you are away. You will receive a tracking number indicating the progress of your delivery.

We also offer a delivery by courier for our customers living or working in Paris, intramural only.

Delivery to other parts of the world is provided by DHL International, one of the world’s leading expeditions. Delivery will be made within 24 hours to 72 hours, depending on the country. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the DHL agent will retake the next day. If you are absent 3 times, the carrier will contact you to schedule a new delivery, to a possible new address. Delivery DHL export pays off, depending on the type of item and the country of destination.

To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (for example, your workplace), or to ensure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example).

Returns and exchanges

A pair you ordered is not at the right size or does not you like? Do not worry, you can return it to us within 7 days of its receipt. You will then be reimbursed as soon as possible.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us by mail indicating the reasons for the return. Then follow the instructions and you will be refunded (excluding postage) as soon as possible. The item (s) returned must imperatively be in excellent condition, put back in their original packaging and placed in a perfectly closed package. They must not bear any trace of use and be accompanied by all their possible accessories. After verifying that these conditions are met, we may proceed to the refund of the item (s).

Want to exchange an item? Return it by following the procedure described above and contact us by mail or by telephone to indicate which item you want in exchange. If the item is available in stock, we will set it aside to return it to you.
